DVD Verbatim misteriosi

ho comprato dei DVD Verbatim ma non riesco a masterizzarli.
Nero mi da questo errore:
"Non si può scrivere Disc-at-once su disco aperto"

Inoltre con IsoBuster ho scoperto che il DVD contiene già una sessione
in cui c'è un file readme.txt.
In tale file c'è scritto:
This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating
system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.

Ma che significa?

Li ho buttati quasi tutti.
